Sophie Frère owns and operates this Site, which provides various goods and services, including online courses, coaching, consulting, college tour travel packages and more.
By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agree to abide by these Terms at all times.

All content, including but not limited to images, videos, webinars, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and any elements contributing to the Site's composition, are the property of Sophie Frère and the Site's creators.
Accounts
Upon creating an account on our Site, you are bound by the following conditions:
1. You hold sole responsibility for your account, including its security and privacy, including
passwords and sensitive information associated with it.
2. All personal information provided through your account must be current, accurate, and
truthful. You commit to updating your personal information promptly if it changes.
We retain the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in illegal use of our Site or violate these Terms and Conditions.

Payment for services must be made in full at the time of order placement.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all goods and services displayed on our Site when accessed, including products listed as out of stock. While we strive for accuracy in information, descriptions, and images regarding our goods and services, we cannot guarantee their absolute accuracy. You accept purchasing goods and services from our Site at your own discretion.
We retain the right to modify, reject, or cancel orders when necessary. If your order is canceled after payment processing, you will receive a refund equivalent to the amount paid. It is your responsibility to monitor your payment method to confirm receipt of any refunds.

Section 2: Specific Terms & Conditions
2.1 Specific Terms & Conditions - Netherlands Summer College Tour by Campus Europe

Booking and Pricing:
The price for the Netherlands College Tour is as follows:
$2,999 per person (Early Bird Rate) if booked by February 29, 2024.
$3,499 per person (Regular Price) if booked after February 29, 2024.
All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
Payment:
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Payments can be made via credit card or other payment methods as specified on our website.
Inclusions:
The tour price includes the following:
Local accommodation for 6 nights in a 4-star hotel.
Breakfasts.
Friday night dinner.
Local transportation via minibus and/or public transportation.
Visits to 10 colleges.
Visits to 7 cities.
Access to the "Guide To College In The Netherlands" online course.
Exclusions:
The tour price does not include the following:
Airfare between your location and Amsterdam.
Transfer from the airport to the hotel.
Lunches and dinners (except for Friday night dinner).
Miscellaneous personal expenses.
Anything not specifically mentioned under the "What's Included?" section.
Itinerary:
The itinerary for the Netherlands College Tour is subject to change without notice. We will make our best effort to adhere to the schedule, but unforeseen circumstances may require adjustments.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made before February 29, 2024, will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after February 29, 2024, will not be eligible for a refund.
Participants are solely responsible for obtaining their own cancellation insurance as they see fit.
Travel Documents:
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documents, including a valid passport and any necessary visas.
Health and Safety:
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour. It is recommended to have travel insurance that covers medical emergencies.
Changes and Cancellations by Campus Europe:
Campus Europe reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour in cases of unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or refunds.
Liability:
Campus Europe is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred during the tour, except in cases of negligence on our part.
Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respectful and responsible behavior throughout the tour.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions:
By booking the Netherlands College Tour with Campus Europe, participants acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
